I was in need of a repair person for my 22 year old Whirlpool refrigerator and Troubleshooters Appliance Repair was highly recommended to me by both of my sisters and my Aunt.  They were not wrong and I was not disappointed.  Dmytro was everything that I look (hope) for when searching for a service business.  He quickly answered when I reached out to ask about servicing my refrigerator and was very helpful in his responses to my many questions.  My appointment was scheduled soon after my call.  He was on time for the appointment, friendly, polite, very thorough and extremely helpful - even going beyond what I expected.  Before he left he also asked if I had any other concerns or questions about other appliances and we discussed a couple of things.  He took information on another appliance so that he would have it for future use when the time comes.  I think that he was very reasonably priced and Hooray my 22 year old refrigerator lives on!  I will definitely be calling him when the time comes for the next appliance service or repair.
